I got the highest grades in highschool and college but couldn’t persue my dream of becoming a skincare scientist because of being afraid of making Allah angry. Aslmz to find out for me please …I was hospitalized and a procedure was performed on me without me signing consent for it …Normally medical aid covers full hospital stay however this procedure is excluded from the list of covered treatments..Since I still received the treatment , am I liable to pay for the services ?

Finance car dealership 2. Customer looking to purchase a vehicle and has their own finance arranged. They will get their finance company to request an invoice from us and we send an invoice out to the finance company and they pay us. We do not arrange it and only send an invoice out and receive payment2. As a garage to carry out finance deals we require a consumer credit license which allows finance companies to pay out to car dealerships, however that licence allows you to have finance companies on your platform and you can sell finance. Also can we have the consumer credit license and not hold finance companies on our platform and use that license as a method of payment as customers arrange their own finance and then the finance company will pay us out

Dear Muftiyaane Kiraam,Some halal mortgage providers charge early repayment fees if you lay back more than 10% of what you promised to pay each year. So it’s not a charge for delayed payment but for early repayment.Is such a fee jaaiz? Are you allowed to repay early if the fee is stipulated?

I learned that women can’t travel past 48 miles without a mahram. But in today’s time, I see a lot of women regularly travel long distances for school, work, and leisure, like for example, commuting to Rutgers or to work sometimes over an hour each way every day.Would this kind of regular commuting still fall under the same ruling as سفر (long-distance travel), or is it treated differently? Are those women considered sinful?

I suffered from an illness related to a coccyx (pilonidal) cyst. There were discharges from my coccyx that would soil my underwear. At home, I would put on a dressing with someone else’s help, but when I was in the city and alone there, and I needed to use the bathroom, I had to remove the dressing. I could not put on a new one by myself.What should I have done to prevent blood or pus from getting onto my underwear? Does a sanitary pad or a dressing attached to the underwear that contains impurity (najāsah) serve as a barrier for prayer, and is it considered part of the clothing? If yes, what should I do regarding the impurity getting onto my underwear, as I could not protect myself from it?

Please could you answer this as Ramadan is in 1 day and I don’t know if this will break my fasts. Sometimes when I wake up, I’m unsure if I had a wet dream and so I gently squeeze my private part to check whether any liquid comes out. This is not done with any intention of sexual stimulation, and I do not feel any desire or pleasure when doing it. I am only trying to confirm whether discharge occurred during sleep. Sometimes my suspicions are correct and a white liquid comes out although, I can’t tell if it’s maniy or madhy but as per the Hanafi fiqh, any presence of liquid requires ghus Does the mere act of squeezing to check for discharge without pleasure invalidate the fast?

If a young married couple are already living separately (with their respective families) though the marriage has been consummated, would the wife be entitled to Nafaqah in case of divorce? The fiqh books say that if she is a Nashizah and leaves her husbands house بغير حق then she doesn’t deserve Nafaqah- but in this case they never lived together in the first place?
