Consent to recording to maintain accurate records, ensure quality assurance, facilitate supervision where applicable, protect the interests of all parties, and assist in the resolution of disputes or complaints, counselling sessions conducted by Darul Fatwaa may be audio and/or video recorded.
By scheduling, attending, or participating in any counselling session, the Client expressly acknowledges and consents to the recording, collection, storage, and use of such recordings in accordance with this Policy and Darul Fatwaa’s Privacy Policy.
Where a Client does not consent to the recording of counselling sessions, Darul Fatwaa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or discontinue counselling services.
